Buyer Home Inspections
Our buyer’s home inspections are completely comprehensive. We will accompany you through a walkthrough and inspection of the home you’re interested in buying, and assess its condition using our multi-point home inspection checklist.
Pre-Sale Inspections
Many homeowners choose to get a pre-listing inspection because it will give them insight into their home so that they know what to expect and can make repairs before listing their home.
Condo Inspections
Condos can have many of the same issues that homes can have, so it is important to make sure that the area is a safe place to live!
4-Point Inspection
A 4-Point Inspection is a basic evaluation of four critical areas of a home. This inspection is often required by insurers before they’re willing to issue or renew a policy on an older home.
Wind Mitigation
Wind mitigation inspections are designed to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
Complimentary Thermal Imaging Scans
A digital camera is used in thermal imaging to detect infrared radiation and produce an image from it. With the help of this technology, we are able to identify issues like heat loss, electrical problems, and moisture incursion that would otherwise be imperceptible to the naked eye. With every general home inspection, we offer thermal imaging for free.
Drone Inspections
Drone inspections are also available from Coast to Country Home Inspections. If a home’s roof is too steep, high, or slippery for us to walk on during our inspections—despite the fact that we prefer to do so—we can still help. We utilize the most recent drone technology, and we have FAA-issued licenses for drone pilots.
